I would think that apathy most surely does not cause anarchy. If your truely apathetic you dont care enough to change the way things are.
Thanks so much Scott for putting your comment up. Perhaps, being a computer engineering student you can help me with my blog. Do you know how to have a bit which says 'most recent comments' and highlights them?
I think by the way, you've won the anarchy versus apathy debate. I'm not sure there's a relationship between the two to be perfectly honest.
