Ask yourself the following five questions:
1) Did you sleep well last night?
2) Are you putting yourself first now or soon?
3) Are you getting help with your problem/s?
4) Are you doing what you want to do now or soon?
5) Have you counted your blessings today?
If the answer to any of these questions is no, then address it today, tomorrow or the next day - make a plan and make a date with yourself to resolve your problems!
